Description

This record was part of an individual 1200 record collection that spanned 10 years....1955 to 1965. It started with pure Pop, evolved to Rock and Roll with a splash of R&B, and finished with the very early Beatles along with great picture sleeves listed.

This a a VERY NICE copy of the RARE picture sleeve of "WHY," b/w "Cry For A Shadow." This includes a VG++ copy of the original MGM 45. The orangish color on the right side is simply reflection from gloss of the sleeve and the flash. The sleeve is CLEAN of ALL marks, stickers, prices, etc!!!

It is important to note here that since these records were unmolested for 40-50 years...these records ARE ORIGINAL FOR THE PICTURE SLEEVES listed. I had considered separating the two, but as a purist and a collector, I felt this was the wrong thing to do. I can assure you that these picture sleeves listed today have had these original 45s in them for 40 years. Each of the discs are Hi-grade, and the sleeves have NOT been abused. This sleeve shows VG+ with two small seam splits(from thr disc) about one inch on the bottom and 1 1/2 inches on the right side.

Almost all of the records listed were purchased at a local record shop(now defunct) at 34 1/2 West Pike Street in Canonsburg, Pa. The collector as a teenager knew the owner well and always either ordered what he'd like or got first crack at the first pressings!

First class postage that will be packed as securely as a 78RPM(I'm a 78 RPM collector and as particular as hell!) will be 2.75 and I'll pick up the insurance bill to protect BOTH of us. International air mail at least 6 bucks, but will be quoted as needed by exact weight after packing! Please check out the other Fee Bee and numerous other very nice pieces from this same collection.

Thanks for looking!
