Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the items I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Yesterday"/"Act Naturally" 45, Capitol Starline A-6291. Unsure of the release date. They released this series twice, the first time in 1981, all with "X" prefixes in the catalog number. The second series had an "A" prefix. These are much scarcer. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition. The A-side has a little bubbling and the tiny white line shown in the picture; might be a scratch but I can't feel it. This will come in it's original Capitol sleeve, in strong VG+ condition. Classic Beatles, in overall great shape, in a rare format. These are much harder to find than you think.
