Description

The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the items I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.

The Beatles-"Please Please Me"/"From Me To You" 45, Vee Jay 581, released in 1964. This is a very scarce pressing with purple labels. This is the rarest of the numerous different colored (white, yellow, etc.) labels. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in G+ (side 2) to VG- (side one) condition, with numerous, but light, non-feelable marks. Both sides still retain gloss. This is not a trashed record by any means. Labels are in very nice shape; there is a name written in pencil on side two but luckily it doesn't show up very well. This will come in a plain white sleeve. Classic Beatles, in a rare format. This is hard to find in any condition and is a must for the Beatles completist.
