Description
This is a true Beatles Second State Butcher Cover issued in 1966. The cover is rated as Excellent just below NM-. The three seems are all intact, no splitting at all. There is no writing or tears on the cover at all. Ringo’s V neck appears very visibly under the paste over cover, exactly as it should be.
The top right catalogue number has been partiLly covered by the factory paste over slick as was usually the case, again an indicator of the butcher cover. Back cover is very clean no writing or marks of any kind. The Scranton Factory number 3 is on the back cover lower right.
Original Scranton inner yellow dust sleeve with Capitol Records advertisements is included and is great condition.
The vinyl is rated as excellent also, no writing, labels are great. Vinyl shines, no scratches but some surface lines and paper rub marks. Plays great, sounds great zero crackling or background hiss, clean play through
