Hello and welcome to my auction. Before giving you a description of this auction please read the following information carefully.

Payment:  To keep my auctions as simple as possible, I’ve decided to only accept payment via Paypal. Payment is due within three days of close of auction. (If you don’t have a Paypal account but would like to pay with a US Postal money order, contact me and maybe I can make an exception.)

Shipping:  I only ship to your Paypal confirmed US address, given to me with your payment. Sorry no international bidders. I gladly ship to US Military APO addresses. Stated shipping rates are for the lower 48 states only. Please contact me for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO addresses.

Because I’ve lost so much money with Ebay’s very inaccurate shipping calculators, I no longer use them in my auctions. All my auctions state a flat rate shipping fee. I do not make any profit on shipping and handling! I only charge actual shipping, plus the cost of any new boxes and packaging materials I may use. Any overcharge in shipping is ALWAYS refunded via Paypal. (I frequently buy on Ebay too, and I hate to be ripped off by excessive shipping and handling charges!)

When possible, I try to ship in used boxes to save my customers money. I do my best to get your items in the mail within one or two days of receipt of payment, unless it’s a weekend or holiday.

Combined shipping: If you purchase more than one item from me, and I’m able to safely ship them together in one box, I will be happy to save you money and send you a partial refund on shipping charges.

Insurance:  Mandatory for all items costing $100 or more.  This is to protect both of us from loss.  Below this amount, insurance is optional. 

My Guarantee:  Unlike other sellers here on Ebay, I stand behind all my auctions and I offer all buyers a “No Hassle- Satisfaction Guarantee”.  If for any reason you are not happy when your item arrives, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a cheerful refund, less all shipping charges. (New, sealed items must be returned in the same condition to receive a refund.)

Also, if you can show me that I have somehow misrepresented my auction, or that my auction description was in any way inaccurate or misleading, I will refund all your money, including all shipping charges!

I have over 1200 successful transactions on Ebay and my feedback rating stands at 100%. Rest assured that I am an honest and ethical seller.

Feedback:  Once I receive positive feedback indicating that our transaction was successful, I will be happy to leave positive feedback in return.  Please contact me with any problems you may have before leaving me neutral or negative feedback.  You’ll find that I’m a very friendly seller and easy to deal with. I will bend over backwards to solve any problems regarding our auction.

Having said this, if you decide to leave me “negative feedback”, my “No Hassle- Satisfaction Guarantee” is null and void.  I will not refund your money, or accept any returns.  Your decision to leave me “negative feedback” ends our transaction, and I will not be open to any further discussion. This includes mediation using Ebay’s Square Trade program.   

One final note, I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids from Ebay members who have chosen to keep their feedback comments “private” and hidden.

Up for bid is a mint/sealed copy of The Beatles: Yesterday and Today "Butcher Cover" LP. (Stereo ST 2553) This copy is the well known, incredibly accurate "Japanese" reproduction.

I don't know about you, but I sure don't have $20K available to purchase an authentic sealed copy of this LP! So until I hit the lottery, I will have to be content with a reproduction copy in my collection. (I have two, I selling this one.)
