THE BEATLES - 'YELLOW SUBMARINE'
1969 UK 2nd PRESS STEREO LP
**FACTORY SAMPLE IN ULTRA-RARE EXPORT COVER**
This genuine 'Factory Sample' LP is housed in an ultra-rare Export cover denoted by the gold foil 'Odeon' sticker on the rear panel.
This rare, Near Mint 1st stereo pressing is on the UK dark green Apple label: PCS 7070
This rare copy carries a genuine 'Factory Sample' sticker on the side 1 label.
Both labels are textured and omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Apple Records..' rims.
There is no tax/price code visible on either label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback Garrod & Lofthouse cover with GOLD 'ODEON' export sticker, RED lines & 'Patent numbers' lower flipback.
Complete with its original white 'Patent No.' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 715-3 & YEX 716-1
Stamper numbers: 2/GM & 3/AR
Cover: EXCELLENT
Bright, clean & unyellowed front panel retaining an unscratched, high-gloss laminate bearing a few light creases to the laminate but no major wear.
There is a bump to the lower left corner, and a minor bruise to the lower right but the upper corner are sharp & undamaged.
Both front & rear opening edges are in perfect, razor-sharp unworn condition.
The rear panel is bright and clean with just some tape removal residue above the lower flipback, but no other marks or any writing.
All the flipbacks are intact and undamaged, and all seams and the spine are strong and unsplit.

Visual: EXCELLENT
Harldy played & carefully handled, both surfaces retain clean bright & glossy surfaces undulled by groovewear or improper storage.
Close inspection under a halogen desk lamp reveals 3 light fingernail scuffs on side 1 but otherwise only some barely visible paper hairlines.
There are no other marks or any scratches to either side and the disc lies 100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Bright and clear throughout, on both sides with no crackle, groovewear distortion or any traces of audible wear.
Both run-ins and all bands play silently without any noise or intereference.
There are no clicks, hiss, jumps or repeats anywhere.
