Description
This is a rare order form printed by EMI and sent to stores in the UK to pre order the White Album. I've been told these were included in promo copies sent to stores. I have only seen 2 other forms like this and that was many years ago. I'm sure only a handful have survived. If you Google 5R529F ( order number referenced on the form ) you can find some info on it. Looks great inside the protective plastic cover on my UK White Album. You might never see another. The condition is very nice and displays beautiful. Does have minor wrinkles but dies not detract much at all. Enjoy the pictures and feel free to ask any questions you might have. This is for the form only. Lp not included. Thank you
