This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

LOVELY EARLY PRESSING HERE

Vinyl:
QUALITY 139g
VG(+)... Lovely dull shine and as flat as the day it was bought. Just light marks visible to the vinyl. Just finished listening to both sides UP LOUD and found there to be a small amount of light background noise throughout, which would be reduced with a professional clean.
NON-BANDED
The bass is lovely rich and deep.
A pure joy to listen to-TURN HER UP...Especially at the start of Sgt Peppers on side 2!!
FLAT as the day she was born.

Labels: EX. Lovely and clean. Only light spindle marks evident when angled to the light with minimal hole wear to both sides.

Inner Sleeve: VG+. It is the ORIGINAL 'Fools Inner'....These are getting increasingly hard to find.
This one has kept it's vibrant red & white colour...
Has a small split to the bottom side of only 1.5cm..!..
 SHE IS ALL ORIGINAL!!


Cut-Outs: VG-. Deep green print-showing the very first printing. Asyou can see in the detailed images provided-there have been2 cut-outs...er, cut out...Other than that-lovely condition.

Cover: VG. **IT IS THE RARER WIDESPINE VERSION....8MM IN WIDTH**
Strong and legible spine!!
The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture. There is some slight rubbing to the corners.
 There are some small half crescents of spidering to the front & back-visible when angled towards the light. With just a few little fingers of spidering from the spine. The inside gatefold on the right has a small tear of 2cm to one side and 3cmto the back...nothing bad at all as they are well knitted together and could be repaired easily.
 I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
