Description

Parlogram is delighted to have been commissioned to sell one of the largest collection of Beatles vinyl to come onto the market for many years.

This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs & many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.

All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only (no 'Buy It Now' offers please) and WITHOUT RESERVE.

Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only. However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.

THE BEATLES - 'OTRO DE LOS BEATLES' ('PLEASE, PLEASE ME')
Here are TWO issues from Chile of The Beatles' debut LP on Odeon LDC-36471 & 5052

Above left is a late-60's MONO pressing on the green Odeon label. On the right a 70's STEREO issue on the white & blue Odeon label

The mono copy was pressed from UK metalwork using a 1960's analogue cutting: XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-2N

Likewise the stereo copy from UK metalwork using a 1963 1st pressing analogue cut: YEX 94-1 & YEX 95-1

Vinyl weights: 147g & 137g

Both discs are housed within similar covers except that the green label issue (above) is polywrapped, the other is not

CONDITION

LDC-36471 (mono)

Disc: FAIR/GOOD

General surface marks & wear consistent with heavy/frequent play.

Cover: VERY GOOD

Moderate storagewear to the poly outer, but no damage to the paper beneath.

5052 (stereo)

Disc: EXCELLENT

Clean, unworn high-gloss playing surfaces with just a few light turntable marks but nothing else of significance.

Cover: GOOD

Moderate storagewear with some staining on the rear panel.
