1965 UK 2nd MONO PRESSING LP

**MISPRESSED FACTORY SAMPLE**

This rare copy of a UK 2nd mono pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 1267
Both sides of this copy carry identical side 2 labels.
Side 1 also carries a genuine pointed-ended 'Factory Sample' sticker.
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
There is no tax/price code is visible on the either label.

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: XEX 579-5 & XEX 580-5
Stamper numbers: 1/RR & 2/RG

Labels: Side 1 VERY GOOD Side 2 EXCELLENT MINUS

Visual: GOOD

Both surfaces display numerous scuff and light scratches, although none are deep or 'feelable' under the fingertips.
Many light, wispy sleeve removal/paper hairlines are visiblen directly under a halogen desk lamp.
Both sides lies 100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping.

Audio: GOOD

Played many times but without any significant groovewear to any track.
There is a single jump on 'Drive My Car' and some occaisional light click between tracks including a few heavier ones on 'I'm Looking Through You'.


Cover: VERY GOOD

General/moderate handling & storage wear with no major faults to front or rear panels.
The front displays some general light creasing and wear & rubbing to the corners & opening edges.
The rear panel is clean with no major marks or discolouration. There is a small rub to the lower edge but all flipbacks & the spine clean & undamaged.
