1969 UK 2/3rd 'CROSSOVER' PRESSING *STEREO* LP

**MISSPELT 'NORWEIGIAN WOOD' LABEL**

This rare 1969 UK 2nd stereo mispressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3075
Track 2 on the side 1 label is misspelt 'NORWEIGIAN WOOD'
The side 1 label includes the 'Sold in UK..' text but the side 2 label omits it.
Both labels carry 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
There is no tax/price code is visible on either label.

Housed in a correct 'thinner' card front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: YEX 178-3 & YEX 179-3
Stamper numbers: 2/RM & 2/GT

Both sides appear MINT when viewed in strong daylight with no groove-whitening or dulling to the surfaces from improper long-term storage.
Close & careful inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a few wispy sleeve removal/paper hairlines but no other marks or any scratches.
100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

This wonderful sounding disc has just two or three careful plays on top quality equipment and sounds totally 'as new' with no signs of any audible wear.
The sound throughout is perfectly clean & clear and without any traces of any background noise or groovewear on any track.
Both run-ins and all bands play extremely quietly & there are no clicks, jumps or any other audible faults anywhere.

Cover: MINT

A totally perfect/'as new' example.
The front panel has a perfectly clan, glossy and flat laminate which bears absolutely no wrinkles, creases, 'thumbnails' rubbing whatsoever.
All corner and both opening edges and in perfect, undamaged/unworn condition.
The rear panel is pristine clean and bright white with no discolouration, marks, writing or missing paper.
All flipbacks, seams & the spine are in perfect condition.
You will not find a better example.
