THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
1969 UK ONE-EMI-BOX STEREO LP
Pressed in late 1969, this 'One-EMI-Box' press carries the same matrices/mixes as the 1966 1st pressing & is its equal soundwise.
This NEAR MINT example was pressed is a case in point on the 'One-EMI-Box' silver & black Parlophone label: PCS 7009
Both labels carry the 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rim text.
Housed in its correct thin card, front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 605-1 & YEX 606-1
Stamper codes: 3/GAD & 1,5/TP

A clean & unblemished pair with no more than 2 or three light spindle marks to each centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
This copy has been of of its cover less than a handful of times over the past 40 years. Both sides sparkle 'as new' in strong daylight with the only blemish being a harmless 1cm surface mark on side 2. Both sides retains their sparkling rainbow shine directly beneath my halogen desk with no other visual blemishes to either side.
Play: NEAR MINT
Played no more than two or three times, this terrific sounding copy plays 'as new' throughout with all the warmth and clarity of the 1st pressing and absolutely no traces of any audible wear on or between any of the outstanding tracks.

A wonderful pristine white front panel with an unscratched high-gloss laminate displaying just a few tiny spine wrinkles but no 'thumbnails' or other wear. All corners and both opening edges are undamaged and the rear panel is clean & black with no marks, ringwear or any other blemishes.All flipbacks, seams and the spine are fully intact and totally undamaged. Lovely.
