Labels: NEAR MINT
An outstanding set with no spindle marks around either centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Extremely clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which retain all of their original shine with just a small handful of very faint surface marks on side 1 in strong daylight, but no scratches or any visible wear on side 2. Even close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp fails to reveal anything more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this impressive disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
This great sounding copy has clearly received very little play and there is no evidence of any groove/play wear on any track or in either channel. In fact, apart from a few very light ticks on 'Eleanor Rigby' my single careful play-check detected no other audible distractions whatsoever, just warm, clean & clear stereo reproduction from its earliest and finest source.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A very clean, strong and more importantly white and unyellowed example with light storagewear only but no major faults. the front panel is clean and unworn with just a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle towards the opening edge and a few more along the upper edge, but no heavy creasing or anywhere. There is slight rubbing to each corner's extremity but no significant signs of wear to either opening edge. the rear panel is clean & black where it should be with no ring-wear or writing present in any area. All flipbacks are fully intact and in-place and both seams & the spine are smooth, unstressed and unworn.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Minor sotrage wrinkling but no writing, tears or seam splits.
Our grading is strict & conservative grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
