Description

The Beatles
Revolver

EXTREMELY rare export-pressing from GERMANY

ODEON

SMO 74 161 (ZTOX 5623)

This is the rare German export-pressing of  "Revolver", which was only made for a small market, such as US Army bases.

In Germany it was released with the Hörzu-label. On this export-pressing NO Hörzu-logos on the cover or the labels.

Of course the original with the “Urheber etc.” on the labels.

For a record that’s 40 years old it’s in a wonderful condition. I’ve added the pictures and a complete description, so you can see and read what you’re bidding on

The laminated cover has a bit of discolouring. At the opening there is a bit of damage (picture) and there was probably a sticker removed near the Odeon label (picture). At the opening it’s a bit curled up. The labels look wonderful. (picture) The vinyl has surface marks and in some numbers there’s a light crackling. I’ve listened to it very carefully and with the tracklisting I’ll describe it as accurately as possible. For some of the things I describe you’ll have to listen very close. The machine-stamped matrix numbers are slightly faded: YEX 605 1 / YEX 606 1

Tracklisting:

side A: Taxman; Eleanor Rigby; I’m only sleeping (one little tick); Love you to; Here, there and everywhere (a few tiny ticks); Yellow submarine (beginning a few crackles); She said, she said

side B: Good day sunshine (a few light ticks); And your bird can sing; For no one (one little tick); Dr.Robert; I want to tell you; Got to get you into my life; Tomorrow never knows

From buyers in Europe (euro-countries) banktransfer is preferred. Letters with cash only at buyers own risk. I ship on Wednesday and Saturday. Any questions? Please mail me.
