Description
Extremely rare US Capitol 45 pressing of Strawberry Fields Forever/Penny Lane on the yellow/orange swirl label with the white “Subsidiary...” rim print.
This is one of the rarest titles of all the “Subsidiary” swirl label pressings (which are all much rarer than the original yellow/orange swirl label first pressings anyway).
A really nice piece of vinyl, it still has its luster. There are a couple of very light scuffs and tiny, very light hairline surface scratches. I’m visually grading it conservatively as a solid VG+, close to VG++. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Of all the Subsidiary titles, this one used a unique font style - and as shown in the pics, both labels are in beautiful NM condition.
Includes a nice generic Capitol sleeve that was in use at the time. The disc will be shipped in a protective Japanese-style inner rice paper sleeve, as it has been since the day I purchased it.
