CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT

An attractive clean & bright set with no wear or damage to any of the delicate gold print. Apart from a touch of wear to the centre holes, this is little to fault.

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shines and bear no noticeable surface marks when viewed in strong daylight. Close examination directly beneath my powerful and unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals some harmless wispy paper hairlines consistent with inner-sleeve removal but no scratches, fingernail scuffs or any other significant marks of any kind. Both sides of this well-looked after copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Sound Quality: EXCELLENT

This copy has received minimal careful play and the sound quality is very respectable throughout with no significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults. My careful playcheck revealed found a touch of light background between tracks and on some of the quieter passages but nothing annoying or distracting which spoils the listening enjoyment. I did detect a hint of playwear on 'Twist & Shout' but no clicks, pops or any other audible distraction anywhere.

Cover: VERY GOOD +

This correct & clean example has been bears moderate storagewear but major faults. The front panel is clean with some loss of shine from storage but no 'thumbnails' or any other creasing. There is general shelfwear rubbing to the lower corner along with a 1.5cm spit to the lower right. There is also some moderate wear to the opening edges but no tears or major damage. The rear panel is extremely clean overall with some age-toning and together with some aged handling marks and a small symbol in blue ballpoint pen in the upper right corner. All of the delicate flipbacks are in-place and there is no missing paper anywhere. There is some flaking of the laminate along both seams but neither are split.

The spine is fully laminated along its entire length and all the wording is undamaged and unworn

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with a few gentle storage bends and some indentations along the lower edge from the factory stacking machine along the lower edge but no writing or seam splits.
