About This Record.  This is a rare UK STEREO copy of the Beatles LP entitled Please Please Me in original yellow / black Parlophone label form.  Not the Never-ever-seen Gold Parlophone label first press, but the gosh-darn super rare second press in yellow and black with early matrix and in mind-blowing Stereo.  Keeper copy.  I bought this in 1976 while vacationing in London with my Eurail pass; my friends were mad I could spend 75 pounds on an LP and then waste time mailing it back to the USA.  We'll See.  READ my feedback and See all my detailed photos of this rare LP please.

Vinyl Condition.  Looks and plays STRONG EX to EX+ with just a light mark on Know a Secret and a Taste of Honey that makes a non-concentric pop or two.  A few other random pops, light paper marks and very light background noise evident here or there to make sure you know you are listening to vinyl.  Keeper copy and the stereo sounds awesome.  I just played this on my Rockport Turntable and Benz LP cartridge and it has no other problems, Just a hint of background noise here or there noticeable between some tracks especially.  Really tough if not impossible to upgrade.  This has been sitting in my collection for over 30 years and rarely played but on quality equipment.  I wouldn't sell this but I'm keeping my box set.

Side One matrix reads -AT / Side Two matrix reads -AA (might be -A1 instead of AT on side one but my eyes are gettin' bad).

Cover Condition.  STRONG EX+ flipback cover. See photos!  Super nice.  I like to be conservative about these things so I urge you to zoom in on my photos and be the judge of this but read my feedback as well.

Label Condition. EX+/better labels because of a spindle mark or two (see photos zoom in!).  All important labels are keeper condition as well as cover and vinyl!

About Me.  I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years.  With a child in college, I often sell records so I can buy more vinyl.  99% of what I sell is vinyl; read my Feedback! Common LPs are a waste of your time and mine!    I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept in well preserved.  This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and housed in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve, and plastic sleeve, and original plain inner sleeve.
