THE great legendary record that needs little introduction...PLEASE PLEASE ME , UK STEREO GOLD first pressing, Parlophone PCS 3042.... LABELS; Black and Gold first pressing; Dick James credit for Please Please Me, I saw her standing there, Want to know a secret, Misery and There's a Place. Labels are super shape fully legible and unmarked but with slight wear round the spindle............VINYL; obviously a fair amount of surface marks but aural quality is superb except a very small, single groove jump on 'Secret' and some hiss in 'A Taste of Honey'. Elsewhere the aural quality is superb with only the very lightest surface noise but who cares about that just frame it!!!.....COVER; Unfortunately this is the Garrod and Lofthouse cover but with the 'large' STEREO and is in pristeen EX+ condition.....this offers someone (like me when I bought it) a wonderful opportunity to buy THE great legendary LP without forking out many thousands....could be the bargain of the century!!!!!
