Black & yellow Parlophone label - PCS 3042
Without 'Sold in UK..' label text.
Both label include the 'Recording First Published..' statement
'Parlophone Co. Ltd...' rims.
Early 'MKT' tax/price code on the side 2 label.
'Ernest J. Day' printed tri-flipback large stereo logo cover.
Complete with original lined 'Use Emitex' inner-sleeve.

Pristine surfaces both sides which are totally unmarked in daylight. I struggled to find just 2 or 3 small, faint fingernail marks directly under halogen light. However, there no scratches anywhere on this extremely rare & well looked after copy.
Play: NEAR MINT
This copy has clearly only been played on top quality equipment as all tracks play without any background noise or groovewear distortion in either channel. Both run-ins and all bands play extremely quietly and without intereference. There are no clicks, pops, jumps, repeats or any other significant or major audible faults anywhere.
Cover
EXCELLENT
A clean, vibrant and strong example with just a few minor handling creases to the front panel but no missing laminate or major signs of wear. The corners are all clean & unbumped and there is just a small 'nick' to the rear opening edge only. The rear panel is clean & white with no age-discolouration, spots, writing or missing paper. All the delicate flipbacks are intact and undamaged. Both seams and the spine are in perfect condition.
