Description

The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the items I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.

Paul McCartney-"Letting Go" 45, pressed by Capitol in 1975. This is a very scarce test pressing with promo catalog number PRO-8825 etched in the dead wax. Test pressings were manufactured in very small numbers prior to the official release to test the quality of the recording and were never released to the general public. Completely authentic with "Mastered By Capitol" and the asterisk stamped in the dead wax. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM- condition, with a couple of tiny marks. This will come in a plain white sleeve. Classic Paul, in a very rare format; these test pressings are impossible to find in any condition.
