1970 UK 'PXS 1' *BOX SET*
This 100% complete & original set comprises:
- Fully laminated outer slip-case
- Both original (not reproduction) inner & outer card trays
- The glossy soft-back 'Get Back' book containing exclusive pictures & transcripts from the film/album sessions.
- The 'Let It Be' LP with earliest -2U/-2U matrices & red Apple logo on the rear cover.
- A rare original Apple promo catalogue poster.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on an EMT 950 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.

EXCELLENT
A very respectable example which remains strong & in-shape and retains its high-gloss finish on both panels. For some reason, a portion of John's portrait has a greenish hue which could be a manufacturing error. Elsewhere, there is some general light wear and the inevitable small 'pushes' to the edges, but no major damage anywhere. Both the upper & lower edges are clean, smooth and unworn with no missing laminate or paper.
Trays
Outer: VERY GOOD +
Complete and fully intact but with some creases to the fold over flaps and lightrubbing to the exposed outer edges. However, it is complete and bears no tears or any missing sections.
Inner: VERY GOOD
All parts of this extremely fragile and delicate is completely are present. However one corner has become detatched but al others are still attached.
Book
EXCELLENT +
A beautiful & fully intact copy with perfectly clean, glossy & unworn front & rear covers. The spine un-cracked and undamaged along its whole length. The inside is 'as new' with all pages present with none that are loose, damaged or missing.
LP Record
Housed in a fully laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with a red Apple logo on the reverse.
Complete with original plain white 'Patent No. 1,125,555' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 773-2U & YEX 774-2U
Stamper numbers: 1,7/HD & 3/OP
Disc weight: 151g
LP CONDITION
Labels: EXCELLENT +
A small handful of few light spindle trails but no other signs of wear.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both surfaces are extremely clean & glossy with no significant marks or wear in strong daylight. Closer examination directly beneath my halogen desk lamp reveals many wipsy marks & hairlines but nomarks which affect sound or play.
Play: EXCELLENT
This disc sounds extremely clean & clear throughout with no groove/play wear or background noise on or between any track.
LP Cover
EXCELLENT
A very clean & high-gloss example with just a few light handling wrinles but no singificant or major signs of wear to any part. Both seams and the spine are smooth, unstressed and completely undamaged.
Inner-sleeve
VERY GOOD
Clean & white with some top-edge wear but no writing or seam splits.
Poster
EXCELLENT
Factory folded but clean & unmarked with a small crease to the upper right corner but no tears, marks or missing paper.
