Description

THE BEATLES - 'LET IT BE'
This incredible time-capsule copy of their final album is a 1970 UK 2nd pressing on Apple PCS 7096

This MINT copy was one of a small batch of 'new old stock' copies recently uncovered in a Swedish warehouse

The cover is SEALED within its original shrinkwrapping and bears two Swedish shop stickers on the front panel

Sealed UK albums are extremely rare as UK retailers did not shrinkwrap their LPs at that time

The fully laminated cover bears a blue/green Apple symbol on the rear panel & will house dark green Apple labelled disc

CONDITION

Disc: MINT/UNPLAYED

Still sealed inside the cover

Cover: NEAR MINT

The shrink has protected the cover's high-gloss laminate perfectly. The only signs of wear are a small bend to the upper right corner resulting an a small crease on the rear upper left corner

All corners are sharp and square and have not been distorted by the shrink which has not to have shrunk in any way.

Apart from a 16cm split along the upper edge, the shrinkwrapping is fully intact and complete all-round.

So, this is as this LP it appeared in the store 42 years ago and would be impossible to upgrade - if you could find another.
