Description
THE BEATLES - 'LET IT BE'
This 100% original Dutch box set comprises:
Fully laminated outer slip-case 'Made in Germany'
Both original inner & outer card trays
Glossy soft-back 'Get Back' book with pasted credits on page 8.
A Dutch 'Let It Be' LP with red Apple logo on the rear cover.
All components are unrestored original 1970 issue (no reproductions) and appear here as originally purchased.
Outer Slipcase
VERY GOOD +
A fully intact example which displays some moderate storagewear issues but no major faults. The front panel is clean but does have 3 tiny scratches on Paul's portrait as well as a handful of light handling wrinkles but no tears to the slightly worn exposed edges. There is some shelfwear to the lower edge which takes the form of small 1cm tears to the edges. The rear of the case again shows some light marks from storage but no major blemishes.
Trays
Outer: VERY GOOD
Complete and in-shape with the only major fault being some damage to each lower corner which can be seen in the 12th & 13th image right. Apart form that there is just the usual light handling wear consistent with removal from its slipcase. The rounded fold-over flaps are unworn with just a single light 'thumbnail' on one, but no tears or major wear.
Inner: EXCELLENT +
A superb example of this, the most delicate component of the set. All parts are present and still perfectly in-shape with just minute stress tears to two corners, but no other damage or wear to any part.
Book
EXCELLENT +
A fine clean & complete copy which retains its high-gloss jacket bearing just very minor storage wear rubbing but no creasing or bends front or rear. All pages are inside are undamaged and intact and none are loose or missing. The spine is 'un-cracked' & fully worded.
LP
Housed in a fully laminated, 'NV Bovena - Holland' printed cover with a red Apple logo on the reverse.
Complete with original plain white inner-sleeve.

Disc weight: 137g
LP CONDITION
Labels: MINT
A perfect pair with no spindle marks or wear to either centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Immaculate deep-gloss surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight and display just some harmless wispy paper hairlines to side 2 upon close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Play: MINT
This barely, if ever played copy plays flawlessly throughout with no signs of any audible faults or wear.
Cover
NEAR MINT
A 1st class example with nothing to fault except two light spine bends and a small bruise to the lower right corner.
Inner-sleeve
NEAR MINT
Clean & white with just a slight disc impression.
