Beatles LP Something New First Pressing MONO

This week, there are several MONO first pressing LP’s for sale.  None of these are Near Mint, but none of these are below the very high end of VG.  Most are VG+, and some are a beautiful VG++, dangerously close to NM.  All of these copies would make either very nice first copies, many steps above filler copies, or else they will make great Christmas gifts for your collector who is missing any of these titles.  Please feel free to peruse.

Beatles LP Something New First Pressing MONO

Vinyl--- Strong VG.  That doesn’t mean beat.  This copy borders on VG+, with plenty of shine, and only light scratches that cannot be felt with the fingertip.  Still a very nice piece of vinyl!  Many very light scratches on both sides appear under a bare bulb.  A very small percentage of them appear under normal room lighting.  RCA contract pressing.  “Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand” has the “Nicholas” misspelled songwriting credit, making this a first pressing.

Plates---T4/P5

Cover--- Structurally solid, two very small splits to the top seam, the rest of the seams are solid.  Very light shelfwear.  Front cover has moderate ringwear, back cover has light, approaching moderate dirtwear.  Light brown staining down the bottom 6th of the back cover. Small blue ballpoint to back cover, next to the RIAA symbol.

Capitol Inner Sleeve--- Blue.

RIAA:  None.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl.  However, I am happy to by request.  As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
