This week, there are several MONO first pressing LP’s for sale.  None of these are Near Mint, but none of these are below the very high end of VG.  Most are VG+, and some are a beautiful VG++, dangerously close to NM.  All of these copies would make either very nice first copies, many steps above filler copies, or else they will make great Christmas gifts for your collector who is missing any of these titles.  Please feel free to peruse.

Beatles LP It’s Here, Luv Ed Rudy 1965 US Tour Coverage VG+/VG++

Vinyl--- These LP’s were extremely limited. Pressed in thick, low-quality vinyl, these were therefore very easy to fake. Original copies were mastered by Audio Matrix, which knowledgeable Beatles collectors will recognize as the company which mastered for Vee Jay Records, as well as Capitol Records until 1966, and United Artists Records.  This copy has the Audio Matrix logo in the trail-offs of each side, making this a legit copy.  True to most copies, this one has heavy vinyl, dulled grooves and only a few light scratches.  A cool piece of Beatles history.  Very rare!

Cover--- Structurally solid.  Top seam has a center split about one inch.  Spine and bottom seam are strong.  Front cover presents well, with a little ringwear, not much.  Back cover is the same.

 Inner Sleeve--- Generic white.

If you’re a completist Beatles collector, this is your keeper copy. Most copies on the market are fakes.  Not this one.

Note:  All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl.  However, I am happy to by request.  As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
