READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

So with that said…

Beatles LP 1975 Meet the Beatles Apple Scrolling “All Rights” in Shrink, EX!

Among the hardest “All Rights Reserved” label variations to complete, the scrolling disclaimer up the right-hand side of the Side 1 label out of Jacksonville shares the toughest status with the two lines at the bottoms of both labels variation.

This copy is beautiful.

Vinyl--- EX/VG+.  Side 1 looks great, with the exceptions of light scratches only, and not many. One scuff in the trail-off groove.  Does not extend into the playing surface, and is non-feelable anyway.

PLEASE READ:  Side 2 has lots of those “Now you see them, now you don’t” lines that are found most commonly on Jacksonville discs.  These lines are beneath the surface gloss, non-feelable.

Cast in the properly angled light, they look like scuffs.  But tilt the platter at a different angle, and they completely disappear, showing the true high gloss and shine of that side.  A completely cosmetic oddity.  See photos.

Those aside, there are two very light hairlines on Side 2, at the 1 O’clock position.  Still a lovely piece of vinyl.

Plates--- W12/W14.  Hand-etched letter “O” in the dead wax on both sides makes this copy pressed in Jacksonville.

Cover--- VG+.  Shrinkwrap is tight against the cover.  Minimal yellowing to the front cover, but the back cover has moderate yellowing down the mouth.  All seams and spine are muscular-strong, NO SPLITS.

Breathe Holes--- There is one breathe hole on the front cover, beneath the “E” in the word, “STEREO” in the top banner.

Original price tag is still affixed to the upper left corner, and a “Factory Sealed” gold sticker to the right, over the Capitol logo.

Labels--- EX/EX.  Both labels show full 100% gloss and color.  But as mentioned, each side also has a few spindle marks.

Capitol Inner Sleeve--- VG+.  Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut hole for the labels to show is present.  Has just a few light wrinkles, just a little yellowing and NO SPLIT SEAMS.  Nice inner.

A generic inner sleeve will be provided, so as not to damage your original Capitol inner sleeve en route.

RIAA: 18

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)

Note:  All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

CAUTION!  There has been a startling increase in bidders canceling their bids.  A word to the wise, I have started blocking any and all bidders who retract their bids regardless of the reason.

Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay? Thanks!

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)
