Rare Strictly Official Japan Vinyl LP (Never Re-issued in Japan Until Now) with A Foldout Style Lyrics/Linernotes Sheet.
This Is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" "Not for Sale" and Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, Small Japanese "Sample (Not for Sale)" Stickers are on Back Sleeve and on OBI Strip.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus, Top of OBI Strip Has A Tear.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
