Very rare 2nd UK STEREO pressing of "Beatles For Sale" (Parlophone PCS 3062) black and yellow labels and with KT tax code, 

"SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO PRICE CONDITIONS. SEE PRICE LISTS" in the center ring of the labels and

"THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD." text in the label perimeter printing. Gorgeous LP with -1/-1 matrix numbers.

Early UK black and yellow Parlophone label stereo pressings of "Beatles For Sale" are considered rare. 

They are also considered by many to be finer sounding than the more commonly available original mono pressing.

This one is in exceptional condition!

Disc labels: (Side 1: Mint minus (M-)); Side 2: Mint minus (M-): The LP's labels are pristine. No marks.

Disc (vinyl): (Side 1: Near Mint (NM)); Side 2: Near Mint (NM): The vinyl looks stunning, ultra glossy and barely played with a few barely visible

 inner-sleeve storage-paper hairlines but no other noticeable wear. There are certainly NO deep or feelable scratches or scuffs.  NO warping or dishing.

The audio is fantastic near mint on both sides. There are NO skips, NO jumps, NO loud pops, NO distortion and NO sticking. 

There is some very light static between the tracks (between the songs).

Jacket: (Excellent (EX)):  The outer laminated, inner flipback gatefold jacket is one of the cleaner original issue sleeves we've seen. 

The front and of the sleeve looks really nice with some light laminate lifting towards the spine and about three barely visible laminate crease lines. 

The rear of the sleeve has a couple of light laminate crease lines. The inside of the gatefold is very clean. 

There are NO pen or ink marks, NO split seams, NO stickers or glue marks. Three of the corners look lightly bumped.

 The spine is excellent but there is a 3/8" (about 9 mm) of a separation at the top portion.

Inner sleeve: (Very Good plus (VG+)): The EMI Emitex inner sleeve is clean with handling/age wear.  It does have a red pen mark on one side.

Grading: We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype.  We will never explain the condition of an item by saying it "looks good for something this old" as we consider that patronizing and an insult to potential buyers. Shipping:

Packaging: All items are professionally packaged with high quality unused materials for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. All vinyl will be in poly-lined sleeves and outside of their original jackets so that no seam splitting can result from the shipping process.

Shipping charges for vinyl discs, posters and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!
