Parlogram is delighted to have been commissioned to sell one of the largest collection of Beatles vinyl to come onto the market for many years.

This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs & many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.

All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only (no 'Buy It Now' offers please) and WITHOUT RESERVE.

Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only. However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.

We're switching continents this week with LPs from South Africa & Southern Rhodesia



THE BEATLES - 'BEATLES FOR SALE'
This EXCELLENT 1st South African MONO pressing dates from December 1964 on the dark blue & silver Parlophone label: PMCJ 1240

Matrix numbers: XEX 503-1 & XEX 504-2

Vinyl weight: 162g

Housed within a South African printed gatefold with laminated outer & inside right panels & complete with original clear poly inner


CONDITION

Disc: EXCELLENT +

Clean labels with just a touch of wear around the side 1 centre hole only. Both playing surfaces retain all of their deep-gloss factory shine and are unmarked in strong daylight with just a few wispy paper hairlines beneath halogen light.

Cover: VERY GOOD

Strong and fully intact with some light storagewear to the outer panels and around the edges of the front leaf where the laminate did not cover. Theonly significant wear inside the gatefold is some missing paper on the upper & lower edge of the left panel due to long-term contact with the flipbacks on the right left panel. There is also some staining towards the lower end of the hinge but no tears or splits.
