I just found this recently, don't know any provenance for it. Photos are the item for sale.
The hand-written sticker mentions ATV library (presumably the 1960s independent TV company) plus the time / length of each track on the EP. I had been reading that factory sample / promo copies were produced in numbers of about 250, and wondered who they gave them out to, as there was only one radio station for pop in the UK! I guess TV companies may also have received one.
I am much encouraged to see that there is another copy of this with the same sticker, for sale on e-bay at present (19th April). The other one is in super condition and costs £239.
If one is lucky, a record from a company archive is in tip-top condition. This EP isn't, but it's had another life after being in the archive - ATV packed-in many years ago. Record looks scratchy and worn, and cover is torn. I have play-tested it, and it doesn't jump or stick on my turntable. It's noisy on the long intro to "Slow Down", but after that, is reasonably enjoyable - these old sixties records could take a lot of punishment and still reproduce the music well. Postage at cost in UK, £1.24 (second class post). Dispatch will usually be "next day".
Collection in person is welcome.
