The mail cost shown when you place your bid is what you will be charged. Please bid if you are ready to pay the charge eBay shows. The only exception to this is for multiple items shipped together. The mail cost eBay shows reflects our mandatory insurance, signature confirmation, and/or handling fees. California residents please add 9% sales tax or provide valid resale information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International bidders must understand and agree to the following terms: 1) Payment with Paypal only, 2) eBay and Paypal have made it impossible for us to use first class or priority small flat rate box as neither provide tracking. eBay and Paypal do not recognize a buyers right to assume the risk of shipping with those methods. Sorry to say that due to several bad experiences we are now ONLY shipping priority mail with tracking and insurance. Please bid based on the shipping charge eBay shows. We recognize that it can make many international purchases impractical.
