This is from my personal collection of vinyl LP's. This 14 LP box set (counting the White Album as 2 LPs) contained in a blue box is titled "The Beatles Collection” and is/was Made in England.

I bought this new in Spring, 1984 because of peer pressure, I had thousands of LP's and not a single Beatles and I'd gotten tired of the “You don't have any Beatles?” question.

I brought this home, took out all the albums, removed all the cellophane, admired all the pictures, put everything back in the box and filed it. Decades later, I took it all out of the box, marveled at the still new look of everything, took pictures and here it is on eBay.

This has not been graded or valued by “an expert” this has simply been removed from an old milk crate stored in a little used closet and offered for your consideration. The box is a bit dusty. The album covers, and sleeves, are in perfect condition with no splits or tears. To my knowledge/recollection, the LP's have never been out of their sleeves. The pictures are perfect, no crimps or wrinkles. The poster is pristine with no cracking in the fold lines (although it did feel somewhat brittle when I unfolded it for photographs). There is a small tear on the tape flap at the opening of the box, and (naturally) when I put these back into the box after photos, I caught the edge of the White Album which resulted in a very small tear (see detail pics). Otherwise, this collection is in excellent condition. The “Made in England” sticker on the side has (and always has had) one ragged edge.
