Description
Get a good look folks, this is only one of a handfull of authentic L.A./Jacksonville butcher covers there are out there. I just got this back from Jim Hansen of Blue Jay Way Galleries, and as usual its FANTASTIC. When I gave this to Jim he confirmed that it was indeed a Jacksonville pasteover. eventhough it is a L.A. #6 cover. He told me that some shipments were sent to the factory to get them out asap and this is what you see. ALL 3 seems needed repair which was taken care of the damage to the front is as follows: to the left of John there was some mildew that was removed and touched up, along the bottom at the mouth by Ringo's knee's as well. the back does have some soiling and the name Pfeiffer at the top right hand corner by the record number. This is an excelent starter copy and I can strees the importance of the rareity. THERE IS NO LP!!!!!!!!!!! Like I said Jim did a fantastic job with this piece and is being sold AS IS NO RETURNS. Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end. I ONLY SHIP IN THE U.S. ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!
