You are bidding on a Second State,
BEATLES BUTCHER COVER & LP
CAPITOL ST 2553
The LP appears to be unplayed and is encased in the original "CAPITOL" sleeve.
Cover Spine is worn, splitting and frayed slightly on bottom and left side, but greatly intact.
Also, the front cover has slight yellowing around left front paste area.
THIS IS A PASTE-OVER SECOND STATE COPY WITH RINGO'S BLACK V- NECK SWEATER CLEARLY SHOWING THROUGH THE MIDDLE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STEAMER TRUNK SLICK.
THE SLICK DOES HAVE CREASES AT THE TOP, WHERE IT WAS IMPERFECTLY PASTED ON.
According to the 2003 Goldmine Record Album Price Guide: "The only stereo copies of "Yesterday and Today" that can possibly have a "BUTCHER COVER" underneath will have a black " CAPITOL " label with a rainbow around the outside!"
