Comment:                  Here's a 1965 pressing on the highly sought rainbow Capitol label in collectible condition and  n shrinkwrap!  Beatles '65 includes most of the songs from Beatles for Sale, but deleting "Eight Days a Week", "Words of Love", "Every Little Thing", "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party", "What You're Doing", and the "Kansas City/Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey" medley, which would show up later in Beatles VI.  This American version however added: "I'll Be Back" from A Hard Day's Night and included "I Feel Fine" & "She's a Woman" which would not be issued in England for some time. One of the reasons to have the original mono release is that on the stereo issue 'I Feel Fine' and 'She's A Wonan' were remixed into "duophonic" [fake] stereo and drenched in echo by Capitol Records' executive Dave Dexter, Jr. to cover up the mono mixes sent from England. "I Feel Fine" was the BIG hit (going to number 1) at the time and the inclusion on this American release was a big deal at the time, much to the regret of British fans...

STATEMENT ABOUT CONDITION:

I am very careful with my vinyl condition grading, as I myself have been a victim of, shall we say, “exaggerated LP conditions”.  My condition grades for vinyl are not just visual.  I play or have played each record and my condition rating reflects how it PLAYS.  I WILL NOT SELL A RECORD THAT IS LESS THAN VG (vinyl) and only if it is very rare.  Sometimes that Jacket will be less than VG, but the vinyl is in great condition. I am not really a collector, so the SOUND of the record is the most important part to me.

All LPs are cleaned with my Nitty Gritty 2.5Fi Record cleaner.  I have replaced many of the paper sleeves with new anti-static sleeves, but I will always include the original sleeve if it was present.

SEALED         still sealed, unopened record

NM/NM         Both the cover and the record look new – like the LP has never been played.

NM-/NM-       Both the cover and the record look almost new – the vinyl has been played, but treated very well.

VG+/VG+       Cover may have minor defects like ring wear co notches etc. Record may have a couple of small marks or scuffs which will not be audible.

VG/VG            Cover may have seam separation; heavy ring wear etc. record may have light scratches that sound during play but with no skips.  I will not list many records in VG condition- only if they are quite rare.

Comments:     This area will contains any other pertinent information about the record (original sleeve, poster, insert, gatefold, colored vinyl, etc. or an additional statement about condition.
