Beatles 45 "PRESSING STAMPER" for the hit record "TWIST & SHOUT" (Tollie 9001). This was an actual "METAL STAMPER" used in the pressing of the A-Side of the record "TWIST & SHOUT".

It is accompanied by the original shipping envelope from the manufacturer dated February 25, 1964 by AFM Engineering, 6209 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood 38, California.  TOLLIE was a subsidiary of Vee Jay Records and most STAMPERS, MOTHERS and MASTERS used for the manufacture of BEATLES records by this company were destroyed or sold off to private investors when Vee Jay was entangled in their famous lawsuit with CAPITOL Records in the 1960s.  This one obviously survived and has been in my collection for decades.

The STAMPER itself is in gorgeous condition.  The original envelope (pictured) has survived with some interesting information on it such as the Matrix Number (4563-3194), Shipped to NRC, Dated FEBRUARY 25, 1964, and was used on the original TOLLIE 9001 and OL-152 (later of the "Oldies" series).
