Description
This is the 1978 release of the Help LPs. There three cover variants. There is the standard intended release that has NEW IMPROVED at top of cover in red print (not included here).
Then there is error cover #1 which has the NEW IMPROVED in yellow print and back cover has a “printers loop” around Paul’s eyebrow on the back cover. This was to be airbrushed out before the covers were printed. Mistakenly, about 30-40 covers were printed and shipped before this error was caught and this version is now VERY RARE.
Error Cover #2 has Paul’s eyebrow corrected but still has the incorrect yellow NEW IMPROVED print on front cover.
Similarly there are two label variations, while both have the standard 1978 purple Capitol labels, one has the lettering printed in white and one is printed in silver.
