Description
Interesting vintage album here. This is a rare copy of "Beat Generation: Jazz Poetry Folk Lyrics." Features John Brent, Len Chandler and Hugh Romney live at The Gaslight in 1960. Musitron label, M-101 and M-201. Mono. Deep groove label. It's a spoken album word with musical accompaniment. This was purchased new by my Mom when it came out and has been in our possession since. I have listen tested this LP, as I do with all vinyl I offer, and I'll rate it as VG. Some background noise, but really pretty good sound quality. Paper interior sleeve has a tear at center hole and some browning from age. Cardboard jacket has a 5" split at the top and a 7" split at the bottom. Spine is intact. Moms name is on the back of the sleeve at the top right, and on the label. It's not a perfect record, but it's also not something you see everyday! 64 years in my family and now ready to take a place in your collection!
