Basil Kirchin - Worlds Within Worlds. UK 1st Pressing (1971) Columbia / EMI. Cat No: SCX 6483. Matrix endings 1U // 1U.
Experimental British Jazz featuring Evan Parker Produced by Denis Preston. Kirchin’s background in Library music (DeWolfe) alongside Jimmy Page / Tubby Hayes and a host of other luminaries has not been lost to the attention of serious Jazz, Psychedelic and electronic collectors. The album available in this auction is incredibly rare, better still it is unplayed

Cover
The front laminated cover displays creasing to the spine, small deletion hole bottom right. The seams are crisp and true. The front slick’s graphics are unfaded and striking. The flip back covers text is sharp and fully legible. Light Yellowing / creasing only - NO writing, tears, stamps, rips, or other detractors. Condition grade = VG (Very Good)
RECORD
The flat well centered Stereo playing surfaces display a superb factory fresh rainbow luster under bright magnified light. The mat labels display some foxing / mottling. The spindle holes present no signs of use (See image above) No writing, stickers, stamps or other detractors. There is NO warp or buckle. Record surfaces = NM (Near Mint.) Labels = EX- (Excellent minus)
