Description
This listing is for a terrific item for the serious Barbara Mandrell collector. Included is a 1978 33 rpm vinyl test pressing of the "A" side of her Moods album. Record manufacturing plants are usually make a few test pressing copies so that the record label and producer can listen very closely to make sure there are no manufacturing errors before the record is mass-produced and packaged for sale at the retail level. This one came from the files of the producer of the record and there are a couple of handwritten notations and a stain on the label. This is for the A-side of of the project and the titles are shown below. You'll recognise that the sequencing of the final release was different than the oder here. The back side of the vinyl LP is blank with no grooves. It appears to be in very good, playable condition. I am a huge fan and this is one of my favorite records of her so I hesitate to part with it but it's time for me to clean house. A MOST unique item for the collector!
