Backstreet Boys- Millennium (Electric Blue Vinyl LP). Urban Outfitters. Rare!
It's Near Mint/Near Mint, because I cut the slit open only to let the vinyl breathe (to prevent warping) and putting the record in a better sleeve (to prevent scratches).  After that, I put the record in a 4 mil protector and let it sit in my record shelf until I had to take pictures of it for eBay.  The jacket is still in the original plastic wrap.
I am selling only because I realized I've got another copy.
