Records have some mild signs of use. Most are non-sounding, some are causing very slightly ticks. Nothing serious.

I would give a strong overall VG++, some would grade the records higher.

There is a background noise on certain areas.

Maybe a professional cleaning helps.

Thick linen gatefold cover is in superb condition. Almost mint.
