CONDITION: A previously played record with the following noted
JACKET: The jacket is in Very Good Plus Condition. See pictures. No Inlay
.

DISC : Record is in Very Good Plus Condition. Nice gloss. Ready To Play.
Untested.
MINT -M ---- It should appear to be perfect. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, or  writing, tears or splits. Mint means perfect. I only use this for sealed records.
NEAR MINT - NM ---- Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that  do not affect play.
Covers - Close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident.
EXCELLENT- EX--Record will have very good gloss, may have a few light  scuffs & or scratches that don't affect play. Close to near mint.
Covers - slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or light writing on the cover. May have a clearance notch.
VERY GOOD PLUS - VG+---- The record has been handled and played infrequently or very  carefully. Not too far from perfect. On a disc, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in  and out of a sleeve or the vinyl or some of the original luster may be lost. Slight scratches  that would not affect play would be acceptably VG+ for most collectors.
Covers - May have ring-wear, But not too heavy, and/ or seem wear. There may be a small split, less than an inch,         on one or more of the edges. Denting to corners likely. Writing on the cover in more than one area and staining is         possible.
VERY GOOD -VG ---- Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss  of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface  noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience.
Covers - VG covers are average covers, like we all had in our record collections as teenagers. Heavy ring wear,               seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, heavy writing are all signs of a VG cover. Looks like it has been             handled a lot, but not completely ruined.
GOOD -G ---- Well played with little luster and significant surface noise. Despite defects,  record should still play all the way through without skipping. Several cover flaws will be  apparent, but should not obliterate the artwork.
Covers - Good covers may have ring wear to the point of overpowering the cover art, serious seam splits, and a lot         of writing is possible. Basically on the verge of falling apart. May even be taped together.
