EXQUSITE British progressive four piece rock band who were regulars on the university and college circuit back in the day. I saw them play an open air gig in London's Hyde Park supporting Finish progsters Wigwam and they blew my mind - a tremendous sound which sort of combined full-on hard rock with a rural undercurrent. Think Man jamming with Gravy Train.
Notoriously hard to find these days in decent shape and this one is in top shape.
Comes complete with a Xerox biographical insert
Highly recommended.
This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.
Pressing: Warner Bros., USA, 1972
Vinyl: Nice clean unplayed condition. No spindle marks and no other signs of use. Visually looks Ex due to slight mottled effect common to all US early seventies pressings but audio playback is top MINT!
Cover: Absolutely no signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed cover - retains full unsoiled finish. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Displays no wear whatsoever. Spine is stiff and square. Impossible to find like this after 44 years. Grades as archive MINT!
