BUZZCOCKS: SPIRAL SCRATCH EP - ORIGINAL 1977 UK PUNK (NOT THE 1979 RE-RELEASE!!)

Description

Rare 1977 UK debut punk 45rpm 7" EP single from 'Buzzcocks' - in it's original picture sleeve. At that time Buzzcocks included Howard Devoto (later of 'Magazine') on vocals.

This is the original 1977 issue (not the 1979 re-release). Inscriptions in the run out grooves read "ORG 001 A#1V420 04 EAT THE BEAT" on the first side and "ORG 001 B#1V420 04 PULSE OUT" on the second side.

Track titles are "Breakdown" and "Time's Up" on side one, with "Boredom" and "Friends Of Mine" on side two.

This single is on the New Hormones record label, catalogue number 'ORG-1'.

The vinyl looks almost unplayed with minimal superficial marking, and nothing that affects audible playback. Spindle marks in the centre are virtually non-existent. Condition: "Excellent".

The picture sleeve has a little scuffing at the top of the opening edge, along with a very small vertical tear (1.3cm long) just above the 's' in 'buzzcocks'. The sleeve also shows some light ringmarking/creasing. Condition: "Very Good-".
