Description
BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD- "NOWADAYS CLANCY CAN'T EVEN SING"/"GO AND SAY GOODBYE"
RARE & HARD TO FIND US WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL/DJ 45 IN STRONG VG CONDITION!
A cool promo 45 that is a must have for any Springfield collection! This is the scarce radio promo copy for their debut single that was released in 1966 to promote their highly underrated self-titled debut album. The label credits the group as "THE Buffalo Springfield"! The plug side was the Neil Young composed "Clancy" before it was flipped to promote Stephen Still's "Go & Say Goodbye". Very cool! It is still in very playable condition and it would be a great addition to any serious 45 collection. Good luck!
Atco Records 45-6428 1966 US mono promotional issue 45
GRADING:
RECORD: Strong VG with light sleeve scuffs and scratching, handling and age wear. Still plays nice! Comes with a generic sleeve.
LABELS: VG with some visible storage and center hole wear. A date sticker has been adhered to the "Clancy" side label. No other writing, marks or stickers.
Overall, this is a fine copy of this hard to find promo release that needs a loving home in your Buffalo Springfield vinyl collection!
