White label promos are always hard to find and Buffalo Springfield promos are nearly impossible to obtain! Vinyl condition of the LP is NEAR MINT! The labels have had their "Not For Sale" warnings crossed out by a somewhat paranoid previous owner but the vinyl appears to be totally unplayed. The LP has special matrix numbers assigned to it: C-12807 for side 1 and C-12808 for side 2. These numbers do not appear on the regular pressings of the album. In addition, because it is a promotional issue, the cover has a small bb-sized hole in upper left corner. The cover is in VG+ condition otherwise with light wear to the edges, a bend along the left edge and a bent lower right corner.

USA SHIPPING for single LPs and 12" records = $4.00 media mail, $1.00 EACH additional LP OR $6.00 Priority Mail for the first LP and $1.00 each additional disc. $6.00 for the first LP to Canada and $2.00 each additional disc. Within the US, insurance is $2 and is optional although Zingg Music will not be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries which are uninsured, nor will we be held responsible for packages which are signed for by roommates, neighbors, friends, etc.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING for single LPs and 12" records:
EUROPE, $12.00 AIRMAIL for the first LP and $2 each additional disc, $6 SURFACE plus $2 each additional disc, up to 4 records. JAPAN, FAR EAST and DOWN UNDER, $14 airmail or $7 surface mail. Add $3 per additional LP.

Be advised that Zingg Music ships overseas at buyer's risk. We cannot and will not refund payment for damaged or missing items when shipping outside the US. Please understand that shipping overseas through USPS can take up to four weeks. Also, we cannot track orders through USPS, and in the event that an order is lost, we cannot start a claim for 75 days with an additional four weeks for processing. An additional layer of shipping safety can be obtained by registering your item for an additional $8.
Due to fraud percentages, we reserve the right to decline overseas credit card payments.

PLEASE NOTE: We have set our shipping prices to cover costs on an average basis. You may be charged slightly more - or less - than the actual cost of postage; Priority postage varies according to destination, records and jackets vary in weight, all of which makes it impossible to set an exact "correct" price for all customers, especially internationally. We ship all LP's in new (unused) custom LP mailers. We pack records with filler pads, placing the disc in an inner sleeve outside the cover to prevent seam splitting in transit. Part of our postage fee covers the cost of the mailer and pads (which currently costs us up to a dollar per).

RECORD GRADING POLICY

MINT = like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects, a 9 or better on a 1-10 scale

NEAR MINT = Would be Near Mint, except for a couple of light hairlines or scuffs, which do not affect play

VG++ = still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like which should not materially effect play

VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.

VG = a well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.

VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.

Good = not actually good at all but probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, etc. Still, will have no cracks, chips or the like

Fair = you’re getting this record just to own but not to play

Poor = the sky’s the limit, generally I will discard a record this bad (and sell the cover, jacket or sleeve alone) unless the label holds some particular interest
