Description
RARE ORIGINAL 1966 MONO WHITE LABEL PROMO copy of Buffalo Springfield's first LP on ATCO Records 33-200.
This copy is a first US press so it contains the song "Baby Don't Scold Me" instead of "For What It's Worth". No hype sticker but both white labels say "Sample Copy Not For Sale".
The disc still looks great with a nice shine and well preserved grooves. Very enjoyable and high quality playback from start to finish. The mono mix sounds excellent.
The cover has some minor imperfections and signs of wear. The front cover looks great with no tears or writing. The rear cover has numerous marks and notes from a radio station, most likely. There is also a small piece of tape on the bottom seam near the sleeve opening.
Rare find!
Record: VG+ There are some minor hairlines on both sides. These marks can't be felt and are hardly noticeable. The LP still has a fantastic shine. Some small signs of paper sleeve storage. There may be minor surface noise at the beginning of each side and in between songs. Any minor imperfections hardly take away from the playback quality. Play tested, sounds great!
Cover: VG/VG+ Minor imperfections as described above. Sleeve is still fully intact and has some signs of age and wear but still looks great for such a rare LP. See photos above.
