THIS VERY SELDOM SEEN AND VERY COLLECTABLE 78 WAS ISSUED FOR JUKE BOX USE IN THE EARLY 1970'S ON THE U.S. SOUTHERN MUSIC LABEL C-117 SONGS ARE: RAVE ON (ORIGINALLY ISSUED IN 1958) & IT DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE (ORIGINALLY ISSUED IN 1959). THIS HARD TO FIND 78 SHOWS PLENTY OF GLOSS AND LUSTER WITH A LITE SCRATCH ON THE RAVE ON SIDE ONLY, BUT WHEN I PLAYED IT ON MY DUAL 1218 TURNTABLE THER WERE NO TICKS OR POPS AND THE MUSIC AND SOUND WAS EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THIS ONE GRADES AS A VG++ OR BETTER. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OF THESE IN A LONG TIME, AND IT IS ONE THAT YOU WILL BE RPOUD TO OWN AND TO PLAY. These Collectable 78's are getting very hard to find anymore, and the good ones are quickly becoming scarce. This 78 is from the large collection of Rock & Roll and R&B 78's that I have in my personal collection, and it would pay to mark this site as one of your favorites as there will be plenty more to come.
