BUD POWELL: JAZZ GIANT- Original Mono Pressing on Norgran from 1956: Superb NM

Bud Powell ?– Jazz Giant

THE VINYL :  NM :  This beautiful record is lightly played with no evidence of spindlewear, and both sides of the LP surface retain all of their original gloss. Bright, Deep Groove, undamaged Yellow and Black Norgran labels (please see photos). 

Side A has no marks. Side B has no marks, except for 2 light, shallow hairlines. I did a playgrade on both of these hairlines, and there is no audio interference from them.
 
The record shows exceptional care and handling, and the mono audio is strong and clean. The condition of this particular LP is one of the finest available.



THE COVER :  This is the Original David Stone Martin Cover, and is EX+ :  The DSM image is clean with a few wrinkles / from the photo of the front cover, you can see some short tears on the border to the left of the image (these are on the edge of the cover- not on the image), and a small one toward the top seam- however there is no paper loss / the back cover has a few scuffs and some light age-related yellowing to the predominantly white background.

The cover has been quite well-stored over these 60+ years / bright colors / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / no writing, paper loss, paper tears, dirt, or stains.    


We have placed both the cover and the LP into separate, protective plastic sleeves.
